1. Personal Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal information (PI). Examples are illustrative and may vary based on your interactions:
- Identifiers: name, email address, phone number, online identifiers (e.g., cookies, device IDs, IP address).
- Commercial & Preference Data: records of content viewed, pages visited, referral URLs, engagement with our ads or emails, preferences.
- Internet/Network Activity: browsing history, search queries on the Site, session logs, timestamps, clickstream data, approximate geolocation (derived from IP), device/browser type, language, operating system.
- User-Generated Content: messages sent via contact forms, survey responses, or testimonials you submit.
- Inferences: insights we draw (e.g., likely interests) to personalize content or ads.
- Sensitive Personal Information (SPI): We do not seek to collect SPI (e.g., precise geolocation, login credentials with passwords, payment card numbers, government IDs) via the public Site. If SPI is ever collected for a specific program, we will disclose it at the point of collection and limit its use as required by law.
Sources. We collect PI: (a) directly from you (forms, emails); (b) automatically via cookies/SDKs/tags (e.g., Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Ads); (c) from service providers and advertising partners; and (d) from publicly available sources.
2. How We Use Personal Information
We use PI to:
- Provide, secure, debug, and maintain the Site and Services.
- Analyze usage to improve performance and user experience.
- Personalize content and measure the effectiveness of our marketing.
- Serve and measure advertising, including “cross-context behavioral advertising” (interest-based ads) across websites and apps.
- Communicate with you and respond to inquiries.
- Detect fraud, prevent security incidents, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use first- and third-party cookies, pixels, and tags to: (i) operate the Site (“strictly necessary”); (ii) measure audience and performance (analytics); and (iii) personalize and measure ads (advertising/remarketing). Details appear on our Your Privacy Choices page.
Your options:
- Use our cookie banner on first visit to accept all, reject non-essential, or manage settings.
- Adjust your settings anytime on Your Privacy Choices.
- We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which is treated as a request to opt out of “selling” or “sharing” PI for cross-context behavioral advertising on the browser sending the signal.
4. When We Disclose Information
We may disclose PI to:
- Service providers/contractors (hosting, analytics, security, email, customer support) under written contracts restricting use.
- Advertising/analytics partners (e.g., Google) to support measurement and interest-based advertising.
- Affiliates and professional advisors (accountants, lawyers) under duty of confidentiality.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security, and in business transfers (e.g., merger, asset sale).
We do not knowingly sell PI for money. We may “share” PI (as defined by the CCPA) for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Section 6 for opt-out.
5. Retention
We retain PI for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the PI, potential risk from unauthorized use or disclosure, and applicable legal requirements.
6. Your Privacy Rights (California)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know/Access the PI we collect, use, disclose, sell, or share.
- Delete PI, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate PI about you.
- Opt out of “Selling” or “Sharing” PI for cross-context behavioral advertising (we provide controls and honor GPC).
- Limit Use/Disclosure of Sensitive PI (if collected for non-exempt purposes).

Minors. We do not knowingly sell or share PI of consumers under 16 years of age. The Site is not directed to children under 13.
7. Notice of Financial Incentive
We currently do not offer programs that qualify as a “financial incentive” under the CCPA. If we do in the future, we will provide required notice and obtain opt-in consent.
8. “Shine the Light” & Nevada
California residents may request a list of certain third parties to whom we disclosed personal information for their own direct marketing in the prior calendar year by emailing [[email protected]] with “Shine the Light” in the subject. Nevada residents may email us to opt out of the sale of covered information (as defined by Nevada law).
9. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect PI. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10. International Users
If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. where laws may differ from those in your country.
